Thank you for finding an appointment time for me. It took me 3 hours to find a doctor in our network. We were a considered a new patient although we had been there in the past. Most locations I called were not very helpful. The person setting up my appointment needs more money and needs to train other employees on how to find appointment slots and how to determine if the insurance is used at the location.

Dr. Le Croix spent a lot of time with me and asked very good questions. It was my first visit with him. The front counter personnel were very professional, as was the nurse who brought me into my examination room.
My only complaint would be that I didn’t see Dr. Le Croix until very close until 1 hour after my scheduled time. Dr. Le Croix was apologetic for the delay, citing unexpected circumstances in the office.
