After my doctor of 30+ years retired I was a bit concerned about a new doctor. That said, my new doctor has alleviated all concerns. He is kind, thoughtful, listens, offers advice, and inquires about family members. He possesses many of the traits of my previous doctor.

Office visit was on time as scheduled. Was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. Dr Cleland’s nurse was just perfect and open to my questions. While Dr. Cleland is a relatively new doctor for me I felt confident with his analysis of my issues. I am pleased to have established Dr Cleland as my endocrinologist.

The establishment, its impeccable cleanliness, and most notably, the staff, have all left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I step through the doors, starting with Kelly and extending to Sara Grant, I've experienced a level of care that sets this place apart.

Kelly's warm and friendly nature is a breath of fresh air. Her humor and positive personality work wonders in alleviating the usual nerves associated with doctor's office visits, all while efficiently gathering the initial information required for the provider.

The healthcare providers here, with Sara Grant at the forefront, exhibit a remarkable level of expertise. Sara's dedication to spending quality time with patients is truly commendable. I never feel rushed during appointments, and her commitment to educating me about the significance of medications and providing guidance for overall health maintenance is invaluable.

In Sara Grant, I have found a healthcare provider who goes above and beyond. I couldn't possibly ask for a better provider, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I receive here.
