The professionalism of the staff and doctor. Also, the fact that it has a lab on site. Dr. Rosenbaum did a great job of listening and explaining things in terms that I could understand. I’m really glad that I changed to this location and have shared this with other family members who are considering changing to Dr. Rosenbaum as well.
