Fresh smell! Very clean! Staff friendly! Greets you with a smile! Dr. Lacroix is the man! Very professional and honest! His staff is also professional!

Provider very pleasant and knowledgeable.

One suggestion: Dump the hard rock music in the waiting room and replace with more professional genre of music at a reduced volume level. The ceiling is high and music reverberates. Some songs were objectionable as they focused on the 'dark one' and this is certainly not appropriate in a Christian based hospital system!

I was able to get in the same day to address my concern (thank you Andrea!). All the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Krenzer was a great listener, and he addresed my chief concern.

What do you like about our office?

Very clean and efficient office. All employees are helpful and friendly. Most of all we like most is Dr Browning. He is the best doctor my wife and I have ever had. Very thorough, organized and knows his patients. My wife and I drive from Miami just to see Dr Browning and will continue as he is very well worth it. Dr Browning is an incredible assett to Baptist.

What do you like about our office?

I appreciate the time the Doctor spends going over my history and suggesting meds to help with the variety of problems I've had. I also appreciate the periodic lab testing that provides information I can provide my cardiologist and other specialists. I have to commend the phlebotomist that drew my blood most recently. Very efficient, little pain, and almost no bruising.
