What do you like about our office?

Ease of scheduling visits. The nurse and doctor do not rush you and treat you like a patient and not an appointment. EVERYONE from the receptionist, to doctor, to the person who draws blood is very nice and seem to like their job.

I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient my whole visit was. The staff is first rate and everyone was so kind and patient. I really liked the doctor i was assigned to. I am so glad to have found this place.

Dr. Jeffrey Krenzer is perhaps the best General Practitioner I've had in my 66 years of going to doctors, and I've had some very good ones. He's no nonsense yet friendly, warm and outgoing. He's thorough and takes the time to listen and explain in terms anyone can understand. The office staff is pretty much the same. Whatever culture of customer/patient care you're breeding there, keep it up. It's great.
