Dr. Krenzer was very nice and seems very competent. I really like that blood is drawn on the premises. The facility is very modern and nice. It is very close to where I live. All of the employees were very nice and friendly.

What do you like about our office?

My wife and I both love Dr. Krenzer and Nurse Kathy. They treat you as family. Dr. Krenzer pays careful attention to all of our problems and refers us to the best specialists to confirm his findings and find a cure. He is always right on the button.

Your regular front office staff are very professional and personable. It makes going through the check in and check out process less stressful. Those two girls definitely need huge kudos for running things so well.

All employees were very professional and courteous. My appointment was close to being on time and my Doctor is fantastic. It was a very positive experience. It is unfortunate that Baptist Health & Baptist Primary Care are still utilizing very old legacy Collaboration and Unified Communications and Video communications. Other Healthcare organizations are utilizing next generation technologies. I suggest looking at the Market Leader Cisco for all Collaboration, Unified Communications, Video and next generation telephony/customer care as your customer experience will increase dramatically. I have had some incredible experiences with some of your local healthcare competitors as they use state of the art technology. Besides that, my overall experience was positive. Thanks.
