What do you like about our office?

I have a fear of doctors and always dread having to go to the doctor for any reason. Dr. Lacroix is a huge asset to your office. He makes me feel right at ease, listens and genuinely cares. He doesn't order unnecessary tests or refer to other physicians. He makes a diagnosis and treats right on the spot.

What do you like about our office?

I have no problem with baptist primary, they provide great care on time with great courtesy I would recommend this faculty anytime to my family and friends. I am very happy with the services I've been getting I did not regretted the swit I've made from ufhealth, God blessed. Krenzer& the meds assistants.for their help & understanding most of all their patience.

What do you like about our office?

Dr. krenzer is thorough, listens to my concerns and he and his nurse put me at ease. The office staff are helpful when I need to get an appointment quickly. The Lab nurse is excellent drawing my blood as many others elsewhere have had to try multiple times before success. Overall I am very pleased with Dr Krenzer and his staff.

What do you like about our office?

Front desk person was kind and went out of her way to help me even thou I was not a client. I was able to see a doctor same day and doctorwas able to do a ekg and clear me for eye surgery,
I was from out of state and moving to Florida , I had no family doctor set up but, I felt I was in good hands and plan to stay with Baptist Care,

Appointments are readily available, front desk staff is very professional and welcoming. And the care is excellent.

Ease of scheduling visits. The nurse and doctor do not rush you and treat you like a patient and not an appointment. EVERYONE from the receptionist, to doctor, to the person who draws blood is very nice and seem to like their job.
