What do you like about our office?

Dr. Krenzer is an excellent doctor.
The staff is always professional yet friendly.
The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. The examining rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a lab on premises for most tests. Well care and sick care. Highly recommend.

What do you like about our office?

Comfort from Dr. Krenzer. The fact that he got us in for bloodwork on the day we were at our first visit. And I love the portal for Baptist providers and a network to view recent provider visits.

What do you like about our office?

Easy to get appointments. I had a morning appoitment and the receptionist suggested I could come 10 minutes early, if I had time, to get out early (since it was an early morning appointment). Wow....caring about my time!! And appointments are usually on time. Also, I don’t feel rushed when I’m with the doctor.

What do you like about our office?

It's conveniently located, there is adequate parking, the office is easily located within the building, the staff is friendly and competent, and my doctor (Lacroix) is friendly and thorough.
The waiting area is comfortable enough, though much of the reading material is pretty old and dog-eared.

Appointments seem to always be on time.
