Your 2 hour window is very helpful and, of course, I've never spoken with an employee who doesn't seem to be happy to be your employee, from office staff to technicians at my house.
We always have a pleasant interaction with the people at Griffith, whether we are in Southern or Northern NY, or in Southern Alabama. The friendliness and professionalism always comes through, from Jessica on the phone, Josh helping us through a broken furnace, and even the delivery man who we almost didn't notice (we are sorry that we didn't get hes name).

I encountered problems with the section of your billing dept that handles the service protection policy. Originally, I was going to pay by check on a monthly basis. Then, I changed my mind and decided to have the monthly charge withdrawn automatically after sending you an application and a blank check. This resulted in overlapping dual payments which required phone calls to get fixed. The payment program is running well now after the rocky start.
I appreciate the electronic billing and accessing my account on-line with all the accompanying documentation and tank level!

Quick response and quality service
Product is used in numerous ways. We heat our home, water, cook our meals, bake,etc. We have lived in this location since 1995 and been customers of Griffith Energy since that time. If we have a problem, all we do is call Griffith,explain the problem and they tell us what to do, how to do it, and if it doesn't work and they will come out and view the problem. Propane gas is on a schedule. Thru all the winter season,our gas is delivered in a timely manner. The staff at the Woodhull energy office are very professional, but very, very friendly. The same holds true for repair staff and especially delivery staff.

It is very convenient to have regular delivery. I HATE running out if propane and having to wait for delivery. It has been many, many years since we had that problem. And the personnel are very nice to work with.

As opposed to my former supplier, Suburban Propane, the customer service is excellent. I had a $30,000 insurance claim due to lack of Suburban delivery. With the tank monitor and customer service, I’m loyal to Griffith.
