I think it would be great if, when propane was delivered to our home, that the truck driver leave a receipt at our door, so that we know when and how much propane was delivered at that particular time. We aren't always home when propane is delivered to our home. This information could also be posted at our. E-mail address.

Customer service is great
There was a mix up on the billing price for propane. I called customer service, they agreed, made an adjustment in the billing and informed me when everything will be processed. Superior did what they said they were going to do!
