They have great customers The delivery driver is excellent. The only thing I don’t like is the cost of the propane through to inflation. Their new app is nice and it gives lotta information but they need to put black lettering in the space. Where is yellow for the tank to see how full it is. That’s all people have a hard time seeing the white number in yellow.
I love the honesty and the friendly customer service. The price is very reasonable. The tech that came to do the site inspection very polite and explained each step that would be taken to make the change from our old supplier to them easy. The propane delivery gentleman was very polite.
The portal they setup for you is a WONDERFUL HANDY TOOL with all information on invoices delivery how much propane in the tanks ,payment available online! I just love this stress free tool, couldn’t be happier and so pleased with this company. Thank you Great Job

Superior allowed us to run out of fuel a few years ago but of course we recognize that no one is perfect. They voluntarily payed for our service charge. We expect that it was a one time event and that we will continue to have fuel delivered when needed at a reasonable price.
On another note, I procrastinated this year on locking in a season price and they gave us a good rate even though our request was very late.

I have a transponder is on my propane tanks. It signals Griffith when to come and fill them up. No worries. And easier for the service people. We need to remember that service people nakes our world better and SAFER. REMEMBER SAFETY! ITS WINTER NOW
