The budget Program and not having to worry about running out of fuel. People are always professional and willing to help. Office personnel always take the extra time to explain details in plain language and help determine resolutions. Been a customer 19 Years and never even considered looking elsewhere for services. Fair pricing, On time deliveries and the emergency program ( Which I utilized once ) is very fair/ Maybe it is just the personnel who deliver and work in the Skaneateles office but I would fathom to guess its a company wide professional and personal attitude through out the company. Customer Service is exceptional. Thank you for keeping myself and family safe and always being there.
