the propane appears to be true propane rather than the more potent gas provided by some other suppliers. The service is provided by good equipment operated by polite drivers who are careful not to damage property. The automatic refill system keeps the supply always available. The one time we ran out of fuel happened to be a Sunday and a delivery was made without an upcharge for a Sunday delivery. Billing and on-line access works well. Thank you !

Service is fine, although I wish I could get deliveries less frequently since I use so little. Wish I'd have known about the delivery in advance since I love watching how the driver maneuvers the truck. Amazing. Also would appreciate getting the delivery receipt in a bag on the garage doorknob, not in my mailbox. Thank you.
