I only get delivery once a year, but they are always prompt at remembering. The delivery person is always polite. Also, can easily pay the bill on line.

I use propane for my stove range top and have been with Griffith Energy for 18 years. Delivery is automatic. They are quick to return calls. Their website stays current with technology. My on-line account is easy to use and up-to-date, for account information and for payments. Recently I had to remove my tank due to a large landscaping project. They responded quickly and returned it when I was ready. Everyone I come in contact with, either on the phone or in person, is knowledgeable, friendly, polite and gets the job done.
The service is always awesome because I don't have to be worried about running out our propane gas. The gas delivery staff(driver) is always very nice to me, always answered my questions about propane gas. I have learned some knowledge from him.

Super great company. They helped me set up a delivery service for my propane usage now that I am older and finding it harder to load and unload and set up my 100 pound tanks by myself. They also started my account with a huge credit AND also give me a senior discount.
They just delivered yesterday. They keep track of my usage automatically. I don’t have to call them.
I am so so so pleased with this company. Many years ago my husband and I dealt with the other propane companies around Plattsburgh. They gave us nothing but trouble causing us to get our own tanks and have them filled ourselves.
