It was Dianne who personally telephoned in response to my feedback to ask what she could do to influence my opinion of Griffith. We agreed on and she set up some pricing parameters that I can currently be happy with. A huge thank you to Dianne for her customer relations. It was she who made me feel heard, valued and appreciated as a customer. I am grateful for concerned and courteous employees like Dianne.
This increased score from 3, in my previous feedback, to 9, in this feedback, is a reflection of Dianne's efforts and customer relations. The lack of a score ot 10 is about Griffith and the company's daily pricing practices. Customers should not have to fight so hard to receive fair pricing.
Called with a problem and less then two hours later all was resolved. Very knowledgeable staff and pleasant. Thank you.
