deliveries are made before we run out, but we never receive any advance notice. if we had notice we would make sure to clear the turnaround area for the delivery truck. we built the turn around area specifically for fuel delivery, ups, fedex etc... Your drivers are always friendly and quick to get work done.

I like the ease of checking my account online, I like the friendly customer service who is very willing to work with me on options to pay my bill. This is very important to me because in this day and age where everything is so expensive, its good to have piece of mind that I can contact my fuel provider and they remain flexible and have options on bill pay. I will always pay my bill, but sometimes things happen and its just good to know that you will work with customers. I also like the fact that I will never run out of fuel since my tank is monitored. This is one of the least stressful companies that i deal with when paying, ordering, etc. and I like that.

I’ve been a customer of Griffith for a little more than a decade. Over that period of time, this company’s service has been consistently exceptional. After the first propane tank was installed and a winter heating season had elapsed, Griffith suggested the installation of a second tank to lower the number of deliveries during the winter months. That installation was undertaken at no cost to me. More recently, a monitor was added so deliveries occur only when necessary and my home has never run out of the propane with which we heat and cook.
Sam, our longtime driver, knows the access well and always positions his hose to avoid injuring at shrubs, flowers, and planted landscape. My calls to the home office have been few with my inquiries treated civilly and quickly. Pricing also has been good judging by what I pay to Griffith’s parent, Superior, for the propane to my home in Massachusetts.
