It was Dianne who personally telephoned in response to my feedback to ask what she could do to influence my opinion of Griffith. We agreed on and she set up some pricing parameters that I can currently be happy with. A huge thank you to Dianne for her customer relations. It was she who made me feel heard, valued and appreciated as a customer. I am grateful for concerned and courteous employees like Dianne.
This increased score from 3, in my previous feedback, to 9, in this feedback, is a reflection of Dianne's efforts and customer relations. The lack of a score ot 10 is about Griffith and the company's daily pricing practices. Customers should not have to fight so hard to receive fair pricing.

Hello! I called as a new customer and was told a 2-3 week timeline for setup. They knew this was my primary heat source and said they would try to fit me in sooner but could not guarantee it. What do you know - within a couple hours they were calling me to set up service the next day! Unfortunately we had a hiccup with the furnace, but once again the next day service was at my home ensuring everything was working properly and good to go. Excellent customer service, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great price and great new customer perks!
