You seem to appreciate your customers and appreciate customers that have been with you for years. Advice....DONT be like SPECTRUM. You guys have the ability to bring a sense of community with you. If you can orient your company goals with this in mind it will work to both the benefit of the customer and to you. You are providing a service that brings warmth in the winter, hot water, gas to cook. People become afraid without those things. This allows your company to take on a more paternal role. The more you can integrate your company like a family member bringing warmth to another family member the more happy people will be with you. The worst thing on Earth that you can do is become a corporate industry with no soul. Tips for how to save gas is a good idea. reducing your initial sign up fee or an incentive program where if payments are made promptly for a set amount of time you offer a discount like we will top off your tank or 10 % off etc.....I got a bad taste in my mouth after hearing 2 complaints about how you charge too much for your initial fees. So transparency or giving insight and knowledge about where that money goes would be a good answer for that

Whenever I call for whatever reason, Laura at the office treats me like I'm the most important thing on her list of things to do. She spends all the time I need to understand, whether its a billing question or any other general service question.
I haven't met 1 employee who has been rude. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do and that says a lot about the company. Whether its the young man on a service call sharing his wife's pregnancy updates or the gentlemen filling my tank, I always know I'm well taken care of and in good hands.
I would recommend Griffith to anyone and actually have referred several friends. Thanks to everyone there. You've spoiled me and can't imagine using anyone else.

Office staff and All delivery personnel we have had since we moved to the area in December 2016 - Dan who seems to be our regular delivery person over the last year is great.
