Excellent service, always there when we need them.
Your service technicians came to the house to perform a safety check. They were professional and efficient and ended up replacing a valve that was out of date and tightening a fitting that was leaking slightly. The next day a very nice gentleman delivered propane to us. So far we are extremely pleased with the services you are providing.

The front desk is always kind and friendly. They are more than willing to help me look up my consumption of propane and calculate when I will need it less. They will split the cost of payment across debit/credit cards without judgment or making you feel like it’s extra work for them. The drivers are friendly and courteous whether they’re in a hurry or not. My last driver offered to move his truck so I could get my daughter to school on time without acting like it was a hassle. So from first point of contact to the last you feel like this is great customer service. On top of that? The prices are better than everyone else providing the same product. This is the reason I’ve stayed with this company since 2007 when I bought my first house.
While the monthly statement remains somewhat confusing for Budget customers, With the understanding that the balances are calculated on the "yearly Budget" and only adjusted on the anniversary date the numbers can be calculated.
In practice it is far simpler to just pay the budget amount and true up on the anniversary.
The auto fill tracking and delivery schedule has worked very well for us .
We look forward to another year of Superior service.

I have had to move my tank in the past and Superior was very timely and accommodating on my needs. They are also very good on keeping the tank full even though I don't have a very high usage rate

I've been a customer of Griffith for years and recommend them to others needing propane service.
They usually come without me calling but this time I called because the tank was running low and they came within 3 days. Which was within time. But then I got 3 reminders to pay my bill after only one day, which I found to be strange. My wife does pay by check, but the post office isn’t Amazon Prime! with next day delivery. The check is in the mail. The service is great, no problems since I signed on 2019. The delivery guy is tops. Just the facts!

The people that answer the phones here give amazing customer service. They always ask the pertinent questions that need to be answered for safety reasons, but on top of that they make you feel like an individual household and that you are THEIR customer. They always make sure I get my gas as soon as I need it, offer me info on locking in gas prices during these uncertain economic times and treat me with respect. I’ve dealt with other gas companies, and Griffith is a league above the rest.
