I’ve had excellent service from this local business for many years now, but now they are difficult to get a hold of directly because the larger “parent company”, Superior Plus Propane, gets in the way of dealing with Warner’s directly.
It is my professional suggestion that Superior Plus Propane should let Warner deal with their local customers as they always have, with great customer service.
auto delivery is good , don't need to call for propane. Have not run out of fuel in a long time.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the last driver who delivered my propane. They caused minimal disturbance to the vegetation in front of the tank (goldenrod and other wildflowers), only pushing aside as much as they absolutely needed to. The personalized atttention we got during a stressful time after the recent Tornado was most appreciated. With the loss of electricity and notice that we would not get it back for another day, we were looking at the possibility of the generator shutting down. For us this meant the high probability that we would be facing not only the flooding of our basement but the pressure of water pressure against our back cellar wall since we also had a sump pump operating outside of it to relieve the pressure of a spring close to it.
Allison took the time to listen why we were most concerned which got us to receive a refill the same day. I am sure she received hundreds of calls that day and could have easily just put us on a list but she accurately “listened”.
