Your company has always been very responsive to my needs. I had a recent experience in which I needed your help. On Sunday, my propane appliances did not work. I did not realize I was out of propane since you monitor the volume remotely and it showed there was propane in the tank. However, when I called in to report the issue (I was more concerned if there was a safety issue), the dispatcher said the equipment must not be operating and she would send someone out (on a Sunday!!). Trevor came out and determined the gauge was not working. He replaced the gauge, gave me a small amount of propane to get by and assured me a full delivery would be made the following day, checked for leaks, found a small one and fixed it, relit pilot lights and made sure all appliances were operating properly. The following morning at 7:30, the delivery truck pulled up.
I wish all companies were as reliable as yours. As a senior citizen living alone, it's comforting to know I can count on you.

Warner's has always promptly addressed my concerns on the 34 years I've used their services. The staff is knowledgeable and caring.
Service is very good but prices are higher than some other like businesses that I have contacted.
But I like the service and the techs seem to be knowledgeable and good at their trade. Propane is propane and the price of it and the extra charges that never appeared on the invoice previously, may be the determining factor to the buyer. New delivery vehicles have never impressed me much.

They have great customer service. We have had to have emergency deliveries and they come right out. They offer different plans to help financially. I am able to communicate with the company very easily when I have a questions. I am able to look at past deliveries and pay in the app.

The gas arrives in a timely fashion and heats my rooms nicely. There’s nothing like the warmth from a propane gas stove and fireplace (though I do use electric too).

Very good customer service and really nice people. Also very fast service. I had an issue with 1 of my tanks and they sent out repair people.out to fix it within just an hour. It didn't cost me anything. And the guys were so kind. Transferring service to my new address was easy as a simple phone call and the website is so easy to navigate. Setting up auto-pay was very simple as well. Im very happy over all.
