Good customer service and easy to use app
Warner's Gas is local, which is important to me. I like to know who I am depending on for gas service. They know when I need a refill of my tank, and their price is competitive.
Warner's has always had and still has a very friendly and dependable business. , i like their workers who are very dependable and I like their summer prebuy for propane. The one thing I don't like is Superior cutting in when I'm trying to call and talk to someone at Warners about my account and my deliveries. Unlike the Warner's employees, they insist on handling the call even after I have told them I don't want to talk to them.

I am a pre-buy customer, and I feel that the cost savings from pre-buy are a great help. Also, i like the friendliness and responsiveness of the customer support staff whenever I call in about anything. Automatic tank monitoring is also a big plus for me.
