We couldn’t be more pleased with Griffith Energy. We recently switched from another propane supplier and not only are Griffith’s prices significantly less expensive, the service has been wonderful. Customer service and sales staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team and propane delivery person arrived when they said they would and everyone was very friendly and polite. Such a nice change! In particular, the installation team leader, Propane Specialist Joe Lawson, was phenomenal. He and his helper went out of their way to make it a smooth and easy experience for us. I highly recommend Griffith Energy!

I really like the website for looking up my account and knowing my current tank volume. I'm going to get the app too. You are great at negotiating annual contracts given we are long time customers, and you're on top of our delivery needs, so we're very happy. It also is important to know who can service our furnace, so please keep that info in mind annually if that changes, since I know you don't provide furnace maintenance, but I call to confirm who you recommend because we trust you, thanks for all you do!

We have been using Griffith Energy since 2009 and they have always come when we needed them. When you depend on propane for heating and cooking that is important. We recently smelt the odor of gas, called Griffith and they had someone here in less than a half hour, who found and fixed the problem immediately.
