They were patient and informative upon my initial call to set up the appointment.
During my scheduled visit, the staff was attentive to my concerns, honest with expectations for service and informative about the issues that my vehicle had.
They were able to perform the service on my vehicle in a fair amount of time compared to the lengthy estimates provided by local dealerships in my area. Although this may not be realistic to expect every time, it’s reassuring to know that their first impression was a good one! Which leaves me hopeful for any future service with them. Yes, I would definitely return to the Smyrna location.

They have CONSISTENTLY provided EXCELLENT customer service! One day I arrived and was greeted with FRESH BAKED chocolate Chip cookies! What a pleasant surprise 😲.

They were very nice, came to me several times to up date me on when my car would be ready for me.
The part needed for my headlights was taking a long time to deliver to them so they kept me updated on their progress. It was warehouse delay, not Christian Brothers, I waited for 3 hours, the gentleman in the office kept me updated .
All in all it wasn’t a bad experience, just could not be helped. I have nothing but good comments for this auto Company!
