Prompt and friendly telephone communications, attention to detail when I asked to not share diagnosis with my daughter. She drove away happy, no engine talk to her. Competitive pricing and time estimates are good.
They didn’t overcharge me. They realized the job rate called for $350 some dollars to install a $29 pigtail that I told them was wrong. Wes adjusted my price down to $175. He didn’t have to but he realized what was fair. I will start bringing all my business to Christian brothers in the future.
Service was great! People are friendly and very accommodating. The location is convenient. They did everything they said they would do, and they called as promised to update us on when our car would be available. Work was completed at the end of the work day, and they even waited for us to come and pick up our vehicle. The only complaint would be the price which was higher than expected. But, all in all, we would do the same thing again. Thank you!
