This was our first time ever having a vehicle serviced by Christian Brothers Automotive and all I can say is I will never take my car anywhere else. We purchased a 1995 Ford F-150 for our daughter and needed to have a full diagnostic ran to ensure it was safe to drive. I did not expect to get a full detailed report emailed to me with pictures and details of what recommended services where required. I was also pleased about all the communication throughout the process. Our service manager called to walk me through the report and helped me prioritize the services needed now and what we could possibly hold on. No high pressure sales and their labor charges are more than reasonable based on what I was paying elsewhere. I want to thank the Brighton location for making this an easy, affordable, and even enjoyable process. We can’t wait to work with you again!

While having our oil changed at a local garage, the mechanic mentioned the Serpentine Belt on our Ford Escape was damaged and recommended replacement very soon (this particular garage did not offer this service). I called Christian Brothers Automotive In Brighton and spoke with Bryce.
I asked If he could provide me with an estimate to replace the belt, and though he was busy with customers, he said he would call me back within the hour with an estimate.
Bryce returned my call, provided me with a quote (which was quite reasonable), and, knowing that I did not want to wait too long, was able to get our vehicle In for service the next morning.
Upon arrival, we were greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Though we did not need It, we were also offered a courtesy ride back to our home while the vehicle was serviced.
We left the car there for the day and, due to another commitment, we were not able to pick the car up at the end of the day. They allowed us to pay for the services via credit card, and placed our keys In a locking unit (provided us with a code), and we were able to pick up our vehicle later - after their normal business hours.
From the moment we called, they were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers In Brighton! They made the service repair simple and convenient for us. Thank you!
