One suggestion. I took my car in at 9 am and thought it was going to be ready that day. I called at 4 pm that day but no one answered so I left a message to have someone call back. No one did. I did not hear from anyone until the following day via text. Following up with customers is key to a good business. None the less. I will continue to take my car to CB.

The service! Front desk Service Manager/Courtesy Driver is by far Christian Brothers best asset hands down. He was knowledgeable, kind, humble, and best of all made me laugh in spite of having a pretty crudy morning personally. I wish I could plug the gentleman’s name but I can’t remember it, I apologize.
I also loved the messages I received updating me every step of the way, along with the report and video tutorials. The videos helped me decide what services I should get now and the ones that could wait.
The truck was repaired and delivered back to me exactly when I was told it would be. And I drove it 1200 miles back to Oregon with no issues.
This is the way I was taught to conduct business and I appreciate it when I receive it in return. It’s something you don’t see very often anymore. Sure wish you were in located in Oregon.

I just moved to the area and decided to try Christian Brothers based on the positive reviews I read online. I'm really glad I made the decision! The customer service given by Dan and Josh was way above what I expected, and the work was of great quality. They kept me well informed throughout the process, and did everything they said they were going to do. Even better, their prices are very fair... not a shop that charges dealership prices for driveway mechanic work. I plan without hesitation on taking my vehicles to them for all future repairs and feel completely comfortable recommending to family and friends. For further peace of mind to the reader, they did recommend some other repairs and were very clear that these repairs didn't affect the safe operation of the vehicle at this time and could be made at a later date... in other words, no high pressure upselling. Very honest mechanics with a sense of ethics, which can be hard to find.
