Friendly employees, reasonable prices on service, clean waiting area with wi-fi.
I was greeted with respect and quick responses to questions concerning my vehicle. I was pleased with how quickly they resolved the issue. I was shown other issues that may occur and a time frame to correct it. I was also shuttled home and back so I didn't have to worry about finding a way to retrieve my vehicle.

Everybody was very kind. They explained what was wrong with my car in simple terms to where I understood what they needed to do.
The staff were all very courteous and helped me with my issue. They actually seemed concerned about their customers, which is nice. They also seemed knowledgeable about the services.
They made room to immediately assist. They shuttled me to my home while waiting for repairs to be done and then the shuttle took me back to Christian Brothers. Very convenient .

People are cool. I really like the use of technology and photos to track you service. Being able to text and get texts from your tech is great. 3 year parts and labor warranty is great. All these elements are worth it. And my repairs were done in a day! Lastly Hayden is gorgeous!
