The customer service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me out of an unexpectedly difficult situation. Throughout the whole process they were so kind and helpful. They were incredibly trustworthy and I never felt pressured to do anything. I talked mostly with Josh and he was really good at explaining to me what happened with my car and helping me decide what plan of action to take. Everyone I met though was just amazing and I will be taking my cars to Christian Brothers from now on.

Friendly, professional service. Made an appointment and was served promptly upon arrival, in spite of the fact that they were very busy. Appreciate the courtesy inspection, to keep my vehicle in top operating condition. Will definitely use CBA for all my vehicles' maintenance and repair needs.

They were very accommodating, we had lost our air-conditioning 97 degrees no where to park our trailer and it was Friday afternoon. They got us in to diagnose the problem, my husband told them what it was doing and that he thought it was the compressor or the clutch. The manager, Dan, even gave us a popsicle to help cool us down. They found metal shavings in an orifice tube which confirmed the compressor was bad, but they don't work the weekend. They were so wonderful they gave us a place to park and hooked us up with power. We were able to use our pickup for the weekend, so we weren't left without transportation. They got us in Monday morning, flushed all the lines replaced the compressor & clutch and we were able to spend the day in our trailer instead of waiting in the office. Anyone who has sat in any waiting room for 6 to 8 hours knows how tired you get. They called about 4:30 to let us know it was finished, we went in to pay and they told us we could spend the night. We have lived in our trailer for 5 1/2 years, this is the 1st time a business has taken care of not only our vehicle problem but provided us a place to stay. God has always taken care of us and we are so blessed that this business and all the people that work there showed such kindness and compassion. I had 150,000 miles on my Dodge Durango and it wasn't idling or running smooth, it needed a good tune-up and that's what I got at Christian Brothers Automotive. After getting the tune-up I took a trip over to Grand Junction and had no problem leading the pack over the mountains!

The way everyone I spoke to made me feel like I mattered. Even when I had to take my vehicle back nobody made me feel like I was a bother. It's very hard to find one person who is friendly and wants to listen to what ypu have to say but the entire team was extremely welcoming and friend.
