The check in was friendly, prompt, and understanding. The evaluation of the vehicle was thorough, the staff was friendly. The parking lot was a bit full which either means they are popular and known in the community for their excellent automotive care. Perhaps having 1 or 2 designated parking spots for appts would be a good idea. 👍 or a drop off zone?
