availability, they got my car in immediately ,the part had to be ordered so it wasn't their fault on the delay ,the only problem i had was they offer to inspect vehicle they need to disclose if there is a fee involved ,i went ahead and authorized ,when i checked i believe i was charged ,other than that i am very satisfied

Very professional had a transmission oil change problem my truck had over mileage to change it and let me know the best way to go about it very good advice from John thanks a lot will take it to you all the time I have car problems
They were very kind and professional. I was there at a very busy time with many dropping off cars. And even with those who were a bit snippy they treated with kindness and were able to help them and get them on their way. Including a ride if needed.

Honesty!
It was fine but they asked me if I needed my tires rotated and I told them no. I just had new tires put on. I was only in for an oil change. They rotated my tires anyway. I was not charged for it but was kind of disappointing because it took longer than it should have for just an oil change.
The service is great, the pricing is reasonable! I won't have my car repaired anywhere else.
The manager was friendly, fair, and new what he was talking about.

Trustworthy
This was the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop to date. Everyone I encountered and spoke with was polite & friendly. They all went above and beyond to help me out with my car and took the time to truly test several things and try to find the cause of the problem. They spoke to me plainly and honestly without trying to confuse me. They were 100% true to their words and just the best people I have ever encountered during an auto appointment.
