Excellent customer service! Technician explained the options very thoroughly and allowed us to choose the right one for our needs. Everything in our home was protected while he brought equipment inside (ie: corner protectors), and he cleaned up on his way out as well. Would highly recommend!
The young man that came and cleaned our carpet was very thorough and did an excellent job. There were some spots that we needed removed and he was very good to explain the process and what he was doing and worked hard to get them out. This is not the first time we have used Zerorez, and I like the fact of no chemicals used. I will continue to use Zerorez.
