The technician, Zach, was very thorough in cleaning all of the vents, furniture, and carpets. He also checked with his supervisor prior to cleaning the furniture to be sure the cleaners would not harm the fabric. He explained every step of the process before and during the cleaning. He made sure I was very pleased with his work before he packed up and left. Job very well done!

Hey! I absolutely loved getting my carpets cleaned by you guys! I can't remember the man who cleaned our carpets name. He was a younger, tall thin African American guy. Extremely nice. Very personable. I was 8 months pregnant when he came and he made me feel so comfortable, reassured me that I was ok to lay in my bed even while cleaning my bedroom carpets. He was very social and sweet and we talked about his baby. He even used an antibacterial soap because he saw that I was pregnant. Really neat of him to anticipate my families needs just through observation! Very kind man!!!!
My carpets smelled absolutely amazing after they were all cleaned. Soft to the touch and looked way better as well. His instructions for vacuuming and everything afterwards were very helpful. It was such great peace of mind that my rooms were cleaned before the arrival of my daughter. Thank you guys!!
