First part, I very much enjoy that the cleaning products being used are safe for my pets and children to be around and walk on. That peace of mind that they aren’t using harmful chemicals is important for me. I have lots of feet walking around the house and knowing that I can still walk around my house before they are perfect dry is wonderful.
Second, the technicians that I have had come by to clean have all been amazing to have. They are polite and professional and very thorough. They always explain the process and discuss expectations and orders before beginning to ensure an understanding of requested services and the cost of those services.
Last, the pricing and deals are always a great bargain for the thorough job and professionalism received. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Carpets always look good after Zerorez finishes and the technician was awesome.
Been using Zerorez for several years now, always happy with the results and friendly customer service. Used them for the first time for a large area rug. Only complaint is that it took all of 3 minutes for the tech to do it and was charged $75. Not sure if that is normal but it was the last area and he seemed in a hurry to get done.

Customer service was outstanding. Zach explained what he was going to do in what order, set up protectors and did a thorough job. He also made some recommendations for protecting certain high traffic areas from additional wear and tear.
