My technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He’s serviced my house twice and is very professional. I wished when I called the receptionist had let me know that with a lot of car urine the cost was likely to be significantly more than the $149 minimum. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I like the fact that no soaps/detergents are used -- my carpet seems very clean with no residue. Also, the technicians who have provided service have been friendly, professional, and efficient.
