I am very pleased with the cleaning I received from Zerorez. They called me the day before to let me know what time to expect them and then about 20 minutes before arriving. The technician, Doug was very knowledgable and my carpets look wonderful. The whole process only took about 30 minutes. Amazing. I would definitely use them again.

Doug cleaned my carpets last Monday. They are looking and smelling great. You are right, they are not hard and crunchy when they dry and so far the dark spots have not re-appeared but he said if they did to call and he would come back. Doug was so well informed and a very pleasant young man.
