The carpets were filthy prior to the cleaning and after you did your magic, they are beautiful. The tech (I think he was Chris) was professional, polite and worked with me to identify the worst areas. When he was done, he took me on a tour of the cleaned carpeting - all the furniture was lifted off the carpet by little carpet protectors. The process took exactly as long as Chris told me it would

I loved the fact that Rey appeared to understand the quality of giving more than expected. The price for the services helped, too. The result? Absolutely wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner. Rey also cleaned and sealed our tile and grout. Something I wasn't expecting to do but am so very happy that I did.
