They were professional, well experienced, took extra effort to protect my house from damage, explained the process and answered my questions, and provided honest feedback on the condition of my carpets after they were complete. Very good service
This was the first time that I have had carpets cleaned so I didn't know what to expect. Ryan was very diligent, friendly, efficient on a bitterly cold day. He discussed what he thought would happen with the stains and the process to prepare me. A major goal for me was to have the rooms "freashened" which has been accomplishsed. I'm very happy with the basement rooms and how they turned out for dirty and old carpet. I'm disappointed in the upstairs hallway which actually looks worse than it did before. Also, the stains in the LR have spread out I suppose from the water where they had been contained before. There is a new red stain at the entryway that didn't exist before. So I have some mixed feeling about the service. Although I'm very happy with the processionalism through the telephone contact and Ryan.

Outstanding customer service, Without a doubt the best carpet cleaning company I have ever done business with! Unlike the normal carpet cleaning techniques, your carpet dries quicker and when it does it is softer than when other techniques are used.
