I liked your services very much and I want to see how the carpet protectant holds up.
The cleaning is far above the normal carpet cleaning services. My only issue is I was quoted $153.00 when I called to request the service and was charged $206.00 when finished. I told them on the phone I had 2 rooms, one hallway, one set of 13 stairs and a 6'x8' area rug.

The product that is was used to clean our carpet was amazing. We had not had our carpet cleaned in years. I even warned them that there were some very bad places. Paul Lahowetz came in did a pre-spotting and then started cleaning. I could not believe my eyes, those spots and others were gone. Paul was so helpful and sweet with everything. I believe the product is "GREAT"! I was amazed at how fluffy the carpets felt after they were dry. The only smell is a slight citrus smell which is really quite pleasant. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very friendly! The walls had just been painted and he took great caution in not getting any marks on them. Excellent product and service!
