We are really impressed with Zerorez service. We will use Zerorez when we need our carpets cleaned. We will let others know about Zerorez. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best. I give Nathan Riddle an 11 and 11 for the cleaning. He covered everything before he started. He told us about the worn areas. Explained what the Fiber Protection would do for our carpet so we had him apply it. He is a very nice young man who is well informed. We would like him to be the person who cleans our carpets in the future.

The service man made sure that all spots were taken out. Plastic corners were put in place so no damage on corners. The carpet was soft and not brittle after it dried. Our carpet was cleaned a few years ago by a competitor ao I was able to make a comparison. By far your service is superior to any other service

Worker worked very hard while he was here, very polite and efficient. Carpet stains on steps and one in living room are gone and nice to know they are clean.
