Chris Summerfield was our tech's name. He was right on time, looked over my carpet, explained what he could do and maybe not do. Gave me other alternatives if I wanted to use them. He went about his work, wore shoe covers (which I greatly appreciated). The carpet looks like new and smells good and clean. Best carpet cleaning I have had, and I have used about 4 different companies--the spots kept coming back! Hopefully they won't now!
The only complaint I have is that they won't move any furniture. If you're elderly or not in good health, this is a huge problem! If you can't move it, they will clean around it. I also don't like their $14.00 "water disposal" charge! They are already expensive enough.
You're the only company I use. All of the technicians have always been super respectful and explain every step.
