I liked that the service was amazing. Scott was super knowledgeable and explained everything and answered each question I had. I was super embarassed having dog urine issues but it did not phase him and he was down sniffing the carpet, just as I would, trying to figure out the severity of the problem. He took his time assessing the whole situation and gave me a solution that would not just put a cover up of smells on my carpet but actually made my carpet smell close to new again. He is definitely dedicated to doing a good job for the customer and said just let him know if I had any issues. I liked the products that were used because you walk into the basement where the cleaning was done and it is not a smell of chemicals or shampoos or perfumes....it is simply a smell of clean and fresh. Another plus of this company is that every single thing I was told of how the process would go is how it went and I like that. I will definitely tell others about my experience! I can not stress enough how amazing the customer service was....it is not everyday that you receive such great attention on something like this. Thank you Scott...you were awesome!!!
There is not a residue on the carpet. The reprentatives were friendly and very helpful. We felt we had great service.
When you get the spots out there isn't any residue left and the spot doesn't return. We had that problem with other carpet cleaners but since switching to you they get clean and stay that way.
