The availability to work on my schedule, not always their schedule. Very timely in arrival. Great technician who explained what steps he was taking to clean the carpet. Love the orange smell. Was careful around the furniture that couldn't be moved. Carpets look great. The white upholstered chairs were quite stained and they won't have to be reupholstered this year.
