The carpet feels softer than with prior cleanings. The protectant actually causes liquid to bead up and not absorb into the carpet. The service tech was polite and mannerable.

I was nervous about having someone come in and see my carpet as they hadn't been professionally cleaned for about 3 years and I have multiple pets. I like the idea that your method is green, and cleans without the soap. And as a matter of fact, takes out any soap residue from before washes. I especially like your technicians, Pete and Jarret. The man sent was very polite and professional. He was honest about the product and what it could do. He showed up very early in the 3 hour window provided by the company. He was in and out in less than an hour. I only had one complaint and that is the fact that everyone said the carpets wouldn't be wet for very long but they were still damp over 12 hours after they were cleaned. Which was extremely inconvenient considering I have a broken ankle and the transition between wet carpet and solid flooring was extremely treacherous.
