The customer service and the GREAT results.
No sticky residue. The gentleman that came out to our house did a very thorough job and explained everything. Noticed some rather odd brown spots as carpet started to dry, but they have since disappeared. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

The technician, Chris, was professional, thoroughly explained the process and costs involved, and the cleaning itself was great.
Braxton was very knowledgeable on the zerorez products and completed the service in a short period of time. I made a last minute request to see if I could have my service window moved to an earlier time, due to a family situation, and Braxton was able to come a few hours before my original appt and completed the service. My carpet was much cleaner and in better shape after the service was completed.

My large, braided area rug was very dirty from years of lying under the kitchen table. I had spot-cleaned it somewhat, but it was time to have the whole rug cleaned. The technician did an excellent job; it looked like it did when it was brand new. I could actually see the colors in it again! I was very satisfied with their work.

Braxton did a great job on our carpet this past weekend. I would recommend however that you bring out two employees at once. Other companies I've used in the past have always rotated two people to work a job. It makes me feel that employees are given a bit of a break by rotating rooms - which then allows them to do the best job possible and put all their muscle into it for a better final result. Of course employees are going to get tired if they are the only ones working a job - especially by the end of the day. Braxton truly did an outstanding job and was SO pleasant - I highly recommend his work, but I did feel sorry for him being the only worker with a long day ahead of him. Cleaning carpets in hard work if you're putting your all into it - which is what I expect. I would only consider using you again if this policy is changed. On another positive note (besides Braxton being great, it smelled wonderful in the house after Braxton finished the job.) Very happy with his work and the service - just please begin using two employees.
