I only put a 9 because I wanted to provide comments. Your services, at present, or no better or worse than your competitor. Your competitor is much, much cheaper. However, The proof will be in how quickly stains return. Your competitors cleaning services are very good but the stains come back in approximately a month. It is been right at 24 hours since you left. Of course it looks clean but I need time to evaluate

I was so impressed by the professionalism of your technician, Scott, and his incredibly pleasant attitude. He also was very respectful of my home. My carpet was 17 years old. It had lasted through five children and two very large dogs. In my mind it was a goner. When Scott was done it looked like a new carpet. I will highly recommend your company. My husband listens to KFAB and heard your ads. The orange smell is wonderful. Dennis was absolutely wonderful to have do our cleaning - explained what he was doing, what we could expect and was just a joy to communicate with. When we have you back, we will definitely ask for Dennis. We also liked that you don't use any chemicals.
