The second guy that came to our house (I think his name was Scott), was fantastic, personable, and knew a lot about how to fix the huge brown spot on our carpet. He went over and beyond and even waited at our house while the spot dried to make sure it didn't dry darker.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and the appointment went well. The only reasons I didn't give a perfect score are that I had trouble scheduling the appointment online (coupon code wouldn't work after confirming it was still valid) and the carpet didn't smell "fresh" after cleaning. it didn't smell like mildew or anything bad; it just smelled like it had been ... wet. I would've preferred a fresh smell, or no smell at all. I would do it again, though!
