fast and clean--no obnoxious odor from cleaner used
The whole process was easy! I booked online, the technician gave me a call when he was on his way, got in, did a great job and was on his way! We had a great experience!
He was great!
I like the person who service my home. Very personal.
They do a great job with out the soap film. Our carpet is 25 years old and it came out beautiful.
I appreciate that Zerorez doesn't use soaps and detergents to clean the carpet. I used to clean the carpeting myself and would use just hot water. I am glad to have a company in the Omaha area that I can trust my carpeting to and I no longer have to do the job myself.
Zerorez removed stains I gave up hope on ever getting clean! I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with my technician was.
The technician was very professional, on time, respective of me and my home and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend based on my experience
