Love so many things! First of all the customer service on the phone was so friendly and helpful! Along with the man that came to clean the couch was so nice and really went above and beyond for me! He really loves what he does and takes pride in his work! He speaks very highly of who he works for and only wants what’s best for the customer!

Technician was great. Unfortunately the stains were pretty bad in my daughter's room. So, looked beautiful while he was here, but some of them came back after the carpet dried.
