My carpets seemed clean, but not really as clean as I expected from all that I have heard about your company. however the stairs do not seem clean except in the middle, I can see a difference on the sides' and when I rub my fee on the sides I get a lot of dirt on my socks. The tech was very nice, but I feel he was in a hurry. He was here doing stairs and 3 rooms in less than an hour . That does not seem very efficient to me. I hate to complain during these times, but feel that is all the more reason to give extra attention.

The carpet dried fairly quickly as opposed to some competitors. Smelled clean as well as looked clean. Technician seemed interested that the carpet actually get clean rather than simply running through the process.

Zero Rez has done it again! They did such a great job on our carpets it was a no brainer to use them again. They cleaned my couch, love seat and chair and did an excellent job! They were also on time which made things super convenient. I will definitely be using them again.

Only thing I did not like this time ( and 3rd consecutive time that zerorez cleaned my carpets) was it smelled very much like Clorox in the entire house. Did not dissipate until late the day after. Never had this smell before & carpets only cleaned by zerorez. 🤔🤔 Other than that, very pleased. Thank you.
