This was the first carpet cleaning we ever had done. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets explained the process and answered all of my questions. Once completed our carpet felt like new. A stain that had been in our carpet for a long time was removed as well. The best complement I can give is the cleaner treated our home with respect. No scuff marks on the woodwork, etc. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
