This was the first carpet cleaning we ever had done. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets explained the process and answered all of my questions. Once completed our carpet felt like new. A stain that had been in our carpet for a long time was removed as well. The best complement I can give is the cleaner treated our home with respect. No scuff marks on the woodwork, etc. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.

Aaron was phenomenal! He’s been my technician both times I’ve booked service with ZeroRez! He took his time to make sure I was pleased with the results, I could tell! I made sure to take before and after pictures! He’s a 10 all day long!!

Our technician arrived in a timely manner. He went over everything he was going to do and discussed expectations. I appreciated him being upfront about the cost before he got started. He was very efficient and my carpet/tile look and feel fantastic. We were way overdue for a professional cleaning so I will be using Zerorez again in the future to help maintain my carpet/tile.
