I've been using Zerorez for a long time and am overall very happy with the quality of the product and service. However, I paid $282 for my sectional to be cleaned (not including cushions), which is totally fine, but I thought it was a bit odd that I was asked to leave a tip on top of that. I haven't noticed this before, so maybe it's new, but I felt awkward not giving a tip, but a 20% tip (which is typically what I give for tip) is almost $60! Anyway, I think if we are paying a premium for your service, you should be paying your employees enough that they do not need tips.

Service was quick, timely and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. Had them out for a pretty rough pet mess clean up. One of the areas stains resurfaced and they got back out to me within the week to get it touched up.
