I was very impressed with the cleaning products you all use. The carpet in my home is 12 years old and had several different types of stains. The technician was able to get out every stain! The only feedback I would give for the future is when a person calls in to schedule a cleaning, the quote that is given is not what is actually charged. The person was very nice and helpful, but it was a big difference in pricing when the technician showed up. Otherwise I would recommend your company! Very professional!
